Sixt

This is our second time using Sixt at Zurich Flughafen and each time the service has been exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The agent worked with us to get the best vehicle possible for our needs. 5 people (1 pregnant), 5 suit cases and backpacks.

I have returned the car, after two weeks i got all my deposit amount. Later on, i received email noticed me there is a damage in tire and shall pay €2000. However, the guy who made for me contract confirmed i have full insurance and company can’t charge you. In addition, i returned the car without any damage as mentioned in the final bill not mentioned any damage. Please Do not rent from sixt and this also happened to my friends

I had an internet issue while filling out paperwork for rental at the office. And I couldn't find my credit card password. But Mohamed helped me, I would like to thank you Mohamed again; for helping and for your patience. I am frequently a car renter, but this time was the best.

I would give Sybille, my rental agent, a perfect rating. She demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, coupled with exceptional patience. She went above and beyond to assist us in upgrading our choice of rental, even offering her personal discount to ensure it aligned with our budget. On top of that, she was super friendly in guiding us on the trip, and spots to visit for our very first visit to Switzerland, which we did enjoy our ride and stops as she recommended.

We had a really poor experience with Sixt in Zurich and definitely will not recommend their services. We hired a car for three days and as per agreement we returned the car on time. They charged us for additional 3 days in total 6 days and deducted the money from our credit card without our authorization and also prior to sending the invoice. They provided a partial refund excluding the foreign transaction fees we had to incur because of their mistake. Please be very cautious when providing the credit card details to this company as they will charge you without your approval.

This was really a bait and switch operation. We had selected a car prior to going which would have allowed us to carry all the luggage for four adults for 5 weeks. When we got there, they said oh they didn't actually have that car. We'd have to get a different one. The alternate was significantly more expensive. Then they told us the insurance we had purchased only covered the other car involved in an accident, and didn't cover us or any damage to our car, we'd have to buy extra insurance. There were also several other items that they tacked on so the car ended up costing several hundred euros more than we had expected. So much for their comment no hidden costs.

Apparently we were not the only ones that had the problem. When we tried to get our we waited over an hour because everybody in front of us had issues with their reservation as well.

I would have given this a one, but the car we ended up with was good, and we did have a good trip.

Nice location with easy access and friendly personal! We had smooth and easy rental process thanks to Vladyslava. Great Agent, she was polite and helpfully advising extras for my rental 👍🏻. After hours return also went smooth.

Excellent staff, excellent cars and professional service. They care for customers. I booked a hatch back but as upgrade was offered SUV free of cost. The car condition was like new. They hardly took 5 minutes for car handover and 05 minutes for car return. I had a great experience with sixt, i would definitely use it again.
