Hands down one of the best sushi places in Vancouver! Fresh tasting! I love everything in here and had to come in 2 days in a row! Icing on the cake is the very reasonable prices for the outstanding food you get

Such a good sushi place! Usually very busy so you need to wait for the table for some time. But it is worth it. My server was attentive and answered questions about items I ordered (I wanted to avoid mayo in my sushi.) Food came quickly and tasted amazing.
Reasonable prices as well.

Very small restaurant in downtown Vancouver and hard to find a parking. Waiters and host were attentive and friendly. We love their salmon belly and tofu dishes.

One of the best services, presentation and taste quality in Vancouver. I loved this place, their sushi was so fresh, tasteful and beautiful. We didn't enjoy the beef teriyaki as much but will absolutely go back for sushi again. So good 👌

We walked in on Sunday afternoon the place was packed. We were told 30-40 minute wait. Gave them our number and went to drink at a nearby bar. They contacted us within 15 min saying our table was ready. Our server was so very nice and talked us through all the food choices we were thinking. The volcano fire roll (pic) is now my number one favorite. We also got the black dragon (pic) which was also delicious. And both chicken and beef teriyaki rolls (pic) loved them as well and the chicken karage (pic). We ate everything! So dam tasty. Highly recommend!

We had an INCREDIBLE experience here. A clean, elegant and minimalist space where the focus is the food in front of you. Everything was beautifully cut, selected, and prepared to perfection, including the best melt-in-your-mouth tempura (not pictured) we'd ever had. The spicy agedashi tofu (also not pictured) was delectable. We cannot wait to go back!

Fresh sushi with nicely cooked rice. Great sushi rolls.
Found this place whilst searching Google Maps for a Japanese restaurant in Vancouver to try. Were here for the day and knew we needed to have some seafood and were recommend to have Japanese in Vancouver.
Once you sit down they pour you cups of green tea. This was a nice surprise. It was warm out so we were hesitant to drink hot tea upon sitting down, but it was delightful. Drinking it during the meal, since green tea helps with digestion, was also a great pairing.
We got the Tayotaki which was nice and crispy with a dark sauce drizzled over and some type of moving flake. It looked like a moth fluttering its wings. It was great and it melted in your mouth.
We ordered the maki combo and the spicy tuna combo. The maki combo was plain and simple yet still great sushi. The tuna was fresh and the marinade they use for the spicy part was delicious. They had some tuna sashimi on the plate as well and it was the best part we were dipping all the other rolls in that sauce.
The service was good. The waitress was super friendly. Being from the U.S., we aren’t used to extreme friendliness. Everyone was nice. The service was fast and everything came out super quick. Small spaces inside but super cute and decently busy. A lot of takeout pickups.
