Anjaneya Temple

This is one of the oldest temple which tucked away nicely within the residential area. This was managed eariler by two sisters, who unfortunately passed away. The temple is still continued to be maintained and managed well, the Archakar - Bharath manages the daily Nitya puja well.
This is a great Hanuman temple, with a very positive vibe.

One of the oldest Hanuman temple located in the residential area because the owner was residing next to the temple. 2 sisters of madekeri settled here owns this temple, one sister was mentally ill and the other sister was employed in Vidhana soudha who was very actively taking care of her sister and also temple activities. Her whole life she dedicated to her sister take-care and to the temple, they were spinsters. This construction should be in the late 80's. Several times i spoke to them, a very humble lady. The saddest part is both are no longer now, may Lord Hanuman grant sadgati to both.
Don't know now who is entitled to this property. I really miss attending this temple where I was visiting very often when I had stayed proxmity of this temple. But happy to see this temple being maintained well with regular rituals.

This is a beautiful Lord Ganesha and Lord Hanuman Temple in the middle of a residential area in JP Nagar 1st Phase. I love this temple and was happy to find this Anjaneya Temple in JP Nagar. You won't notice this from the main roads.. Temple is spacious. You get a divine feeling given its midst a calm residential area. I love the Alankar they do for both Lord Ganesha and Lord Hanuman. If you are coming from RV Dental college on 29th Main Road take a left at the dead end (after crossing Haripriya Apartments on the left) and take the next right, after a few meters you will notice a PG (Vinayak PG) on the left side and diagonally opposite is the temple.

Very peaceful atomsphere, where we can spend devotional and spirtiual time.
