Not good quality

Poor customer service and misbehaved staff. They just want to sell expensive products without effective after service . Avoid buying from them

Despite of being loyal Gant customer of Gant Ahmedabad one mall(Erstwhile Alpha one Mall) store, Gant didn't respond for genuine quality issue (fabric decomposed). If shirt costing Rs 7 K decomposes within one year, customer will definitely bid adieu to so called one of the best brand. It seems, quality standards are different for India of European brands!!

Never ever suggest any one for this brand..Because very rude answer from staff and not credit for any customer who was there..
There is no facility for crdit note..but there is facility which amount higer than you exchange...
If you exchange some amount and then you bought lesser amount they will no allow you to.purchase..you have to exact amount or bigger than amount

Even i told the staff who was the manager there will no allow to talk me..
Only there are thefting us abount taking the brand nam..
Even there will be other brand
Will allow exchange and very kindness answer third class

Its a very good store and so beautiful collections.

Nice T-Shirts in store. But the staff members of the store don’t have interest to sell them. They just stand on the cashier counter and chitchat with each other. Like fell that why we come to the store and disturb them. Very pathetic staff.
