Been coming in here for years music and the atmosphere is great, but just spent over half an hour stood at the bar with my partner politely waiting to be served, and was completely ignored with the staff serving people who'd clearly just arrived at the bar, TBF it was busy but I've been around long enough to know ignorance when I see it
Very disappointed with the music the singer was playing here yesterday. I enjoy the Irish themed pubs and enjoy Irish music, but I don't accept pro paramilitary songs and political songs. Felt very uncomfortable and was not the only one in the bar felt that way. Sad as normally it's a lovely bar.
The live singer (James Riley) walked off mid-song to threaten and try to fight a customer and then verbally abused a member of our group. Won't be back so long as he's performing here which is a shame because it's a nice place, bar staff are great.
I guess if you have a gallon of beer in ya, you will think that the music is good! Never heard such aweful, discordant din in me life! Can't go in for a chat, you just go in this place to get drunk and hear that noise, get out, get sick, till the next day to get drunk again! I guess you don't need too much brain power to 'enjoy' such a place.
Didn't eat here. I just went in for drinks fantastic live music on regularly.. bar staff, great and friendly people quick with the services would definitely recommend a visit 👌
Went for a few drinks. Busy place and excellent live music. Got served fairly quickly considering how busy it was.
Lovely Irish pub with a nice fun atmosphere, the singer was really good. Plenty of screens for sports and plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Nice bar
