Fantastic service and experience. Customers are treated well. The beans are legendary. Perhaps the receipe has changed, as I recall the beans were even better in years past. Worth a visit if you're in the area. Ribs are alright. The menu has so many offerings!

Incredible Rotisserie Chicken, really enjoyed the sauce it came with. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. Maduros were also a great side. Affordable and delicious.

Very nice food. Smoothies are bomb and the chicken goes hard. Service does the job

The closest you will get to Dominican food without being in Dominican Republic. The sangria is also extremely strong, which is an amazing thing. Absolutely love this place, strongly recommend everything on the menu especially the rotisserie chicken, best chicken ever, my go-to spot every time I cross the GWB. 5/5

My goto place for the best roasted chicken in the area. Their motto - El Rey Del Pollo - King of the Roast Chicken. Also tried their other dishes today like the sautéed pork chops and the grouper fish fillet sautéed, with side dishes of red black beans, maduros, steamed vegetables, and yellow rice. All were generous and delicious. Also ordered their Malecon cocktail, diet soda, and finished off with an authentic Tres Leches dessert. We were so full and we still had lots of food to take home. We actually over-ordered. Service was very friendly, attentive, and efficient. Ambiance is cozy and contemporary. The place was packed on a Sunday lunch, very popular.

i got some food today from here , as i have been for 30+ years. i’ve brought my kids here when they were growing up , & do this this day. they are all 25+ years old and we’ve lived in long island for all of those years as well*
i ordered a mofongo con camarones. little did i know that meal came with a cockroach on the side.
i am disgusted. this made me so sick to my stomach. to think i’ve been eating here for 30+ years! i’m at a loss for words. I guess things just aren’t as they used to be. Do better.

As you enter you smell and aromas of this amazing food. it does get busy and there May be a little wait to get food, but it’s all worth it!!! Genesis our waitress was excellent. She was very friendly, attentive and professional. The food freaking great!!!!!! Must recommend and return.
