Came here solo for a few cocktails and some snacks as I was travelling in the area. I was very impressed with the cocktails I was served (Sazerac and two Negronis) but especially impressed with the service from Simon, he was constantly smiling and very polite, both to me and everyone else in the bar; it was noticeable. It’s a shame that his colleague was not the same, I did not get his name, but this member of staff showed an element of lethargy, which I felt was directed more-so at me than the rest of the customers. Perhaps because I was English. When I visited this cocktail bar I strived to dress down, as an experiment to see if people are treated differently by their appearance. Unfortunately, the latter member of staff was a prime example of this. However, I have still given 5 stars as everything else was fantastic, and I do appreciate that even the best of us have bad days. I will definitely be returning.

Very good cocktails. One of the best Old Fashioneds I've ever had. A must do whenever I'm in Goteborg.

Limited food options though, so don't plan for a proper dinner here.

Great drinks, a very polite bartender who really knew his drinks and made recommendations based on our taste🍹 We were seated at the bar as we had not booked a table. The atmosphere was good, the volume allowed for talking and the bathrooms were clean.

Hay - strong taste of tequila
Jalapenó - my personal favorite

Adamo takes cocktails and steps up the game. Everything was art. For me it was the presentation. I always appreciate the taste of a cocktail, here it's the taste and everything else, the clear ice to the simple garnish on the drink. To the type of glassware used. They set the standard in Gothenburg.
