Already paid online 14000 JPY but we got no ticket. This is SCAM . We wait in front of the entrance door, the staff told us to buy ticket online, then we buy online and paid JPY 14.000 to Merlin Entertainment Jtokyo, but then the system error and our money is gone!

>>>> Update 30 minutes later.

The manager is coming and solve the problem, after we show the validity of transaction she allow us to enter the theme park. It is disappointing at first but finally we can enter, thank you for the service.

For your improvement please maintain the system so the checkout & payment system is smoothly going well.

I've been to LEGO Discovery Center Tokyo. If you plan to go in advance, I suggest you purchase advance tickets on the official website. The price will be 600-1,000 yen cheaper than the day-of-performance ticket.

This place is great for kids!
Loved everything about it 💕
There were vending machines and 4 little claw machines.
The rides inside were great, but for some, you needed to pay to enter, such as the VR, which was very quick for the $8 AUD per child.
One thing that was also great was the wax figures next door, which we all loved ❤️
The Lego creations were great, and there was an amazing gift shop at the end
Recommend for kids 👏✨️

Nothing special or worthwhile here. Some bricks to build, some merry-go-arounds for very young children with extremely long waiting times due to inefficient staff, many parts in poor conditions, terrible food. kids still liked it in parts.

Went here after going to Legoland in Nagoya and Lego discovery centre in Osaka. It was the same activities and rides as the one in Osaka, however the layout was more linear and narrow in Tokyo than it was in Osaka so it felt a little cramped for space. Otherwise it was great.

First Legoland, with two boys 4&2, it far exceeded my expectations. Great mix of experiences, Lego displays and building pits. Visited before Halloween and enjoyed the Halloween event.
Watched DREAMZ in the 4D cinema - highly recommend! My boys loved running between the building pits and the ninja play area.

We purchased the activity pack. It provided extra story, basic building maps and collecting stamps. Once all the stamps were collected you can get a sticker from the staff. If we visit again, I would worry about the activity pack.

Lunch at the cafe was better than expected at an “amusement park”. Great value when purchasing the Lego bundles. Scored a cute Moana polybag and mini Lego head storage.

Spend 3.5 hours in there, definitely could have stayed longer!

Good place to spend a few hours with young kids (6 and 3), cute snack bar but not very good quality.
Went midday during the week and was very empty, and quiet.
Bought tickets ahead of time through Klook, $61.16 for 2 adults and 2 kids.
We were about 40 minutes late last our ticket time and there was no problems being admitted.
Giving 5 stars for the experience but the price for the value wasn’t that great.
