A disgusting place. Broken glass and garbage all over the place. Ideal for low level junkies.

Nice viewpoint/ place to checkt out if you are staying nearby. I went there on a friday evening to check out the view with two friends I made at my hostel nearby and we were surprised by the amount of people being there. The little path up there can be overlooked so definitely check your maps when you try to get there. As I said, there were a lot of people just enjoying the warmer days, drinking and just chatting with friends or other people. There was also a DJ playing some music and a few people dancing. It definitely seems more like a local spot, a place to meet up with your friends on the weekends.
Up there, there is also a little café/ kiosk with some food and drinks. They also offer some places to sit but since there were a lot of people all of them were occupied. Except that people were sitting on the grass or on top the lower walls. Sadly it was quite dirty, there was a lot of rubbish, especially empty bottles (that were flying around because it was getting windy) and there were a few people that seemed a bit sketchy. The place is quite different to the other places/ miradouros in Lisbon. The spot itself, the people and the atmosphere there reminded me a lot of Berlin. Since the miradouro is not so close to the center I wouldn’t recommend going there, there are definitely some nicer spots closer to the center but if you are staying nearby why not check it out.

Very lovely views at night. However, the garbage cans were overflowing, there were beer bottles piled up and lots of graffiti (it’s not an issue, but the Santa Luzia viewpoint didn’t have any)

This Viewpoint was a little bit far away there's no much to see in the area you can have a drink here but there is other viewpoints that are more beautiful however those are very crowded if you make it there early in the morning you should be fine by midday all of them have tourists around it.

Nice view point at Lisbon. You can also enjoy cool beer 😎

came for a walk on Wednesday around Penha de França area in the afternoon on the 4th week of January.
The weather was beautiful and pretty sunny day.
View point of Monte Agudo was quiet with few people hanging by the kiosk or bench or taking their dog for a walk.
It’s a nice location to grab a drink, hangout with friends or enjoy the view of Lisbon!
I like that the kiosk have sun lounge chairs to relax on!

Nice view but not facing the sunset if you're looking for a sunset spot. Large space to walk around or just chill.
