He is a GENIUS. An eccentric genius, but a genius nonetheless. His studio in Fells Point is a Baltimore staple. His mosaic police booth by Union Station the same. He is reasonable with his prices, and will work with you, if you need time to get your funds together.
Every tourist visiting Baltimore needs pay a visit to this man’s gallery. I usually don’t like modern art. However, Loring’s pieces prove a brilliant exception. Loring’s art is colorful, glorious and thought-provoking. Be sure to leave a donation.

I love this place. Everytime I come into town, I make sure I come here. The art is always amazing. Cornish is such a friendly guy, and always had time to talk about ideas and visions. He is a neighborhood legend, and is a must see.
Visit multiple floors of cool art in this rowhouse, and meet the very nice artist named Loring. You won't feel pressured to buy anything, but make a donation at the door. You'll like the place.
He is nice artist but when he do the art on any God and make it religious, that any person who believe that art will be effected to their art. Picture of Indian God & Goddess in Front wall of the store is really need to take it out. I believe in it and no human can replace god face
