I think here has the best rate among others. (¥10,000 to Rp 1,037,500, while google search shows Rp 1,043,268)
There are no damaged bills which I received.
The staff’s attitude was ok, just not too friendly and not rude.

BAD SERVICE! the staff were so unfriendly and RUDE! and the rate is very VERY low not recommended here to change anything!

Very good to exchange foreign currencies. Even I did Thai baht, I got good deal.

Disappointed cause they prefer to serve expats first eventho we change the same currency.

Review on Google is true, they scam you with lower rate at phone, but when you come pretty different.
On phone I was offered 472 for buying baht, but when coming they said it's 480. With bshit reason the price already changed bla bla bla
Don't worth your time.
If I could give minus, it's surely minus.
Not even worth your 1star

Favorite place to exchange money! One of the best rate in South Jakarta, located inside of a mall so opening hours is quite long, and you can cal & ask for the rate before you go there.

The money changer at Sarinah station tried to use the "the condition of you note" to give me a lower rate. My crispy new 100usd notes were folded at the 2 inch mark to fit inside my passport. Tri Tunggal gave me a no hassle very good rate.
