The bad security management, the change the rule if pass 10pm sharpe can't park at level 5 all the glass door have been lock, all the security missing in the whole mall , we just pass 4 minutes going out to the parking only. If older people, how ? Ask the go through the car lane to the parking level 5 if we reach at 8 pm the parking the full at level 4 how we park there ? Please take attention to this !

PIK Avenue Mall is one of the leading shopping centers located in North Jakarta. This mall provides a variety of fashion stores, jewelry, cosmetics, and many more, from local to international brands also has a leading cinema that offers an extraordinary movie watching experience. In addition, there is a play area for children and an entertainment room for families.

Mostly famous due to the school across the street (Tzu Chi School). When exiting the toll/highway, you'll see a cylinder-looking structure of the mall. The mall is filled with a gigantic main lobby filled with different types of events each month or 2., with 2 hotels, the Swiss Hotel and Mercure. It also has 5-star restaurants like 海底捞 or Chung Gi-WA. You can also watch movies in XXI with comfortable elite seats for a playdate, etc. Some shops can be used for your daily life indoors and outdoors, and it's mostly crowded due to Play Topia (a playground) and the events in the Main Lobby. When the sun begins to set, you can see a wonderful view of the sunset in the food court. The mall also allows dogs to enter, but make sure your dog uses a diaper, so he/she doesn't get 'public attention' to people nearby. But when it comes to parking or exiting the mall, it might take 5 minutes to get out due to the narrowness of the road and the cars that want to get in. That's a reason why PIK is sometimes traffic. So, in my opinion, this is a great mall to visit in your daily life when living in the PIK area. 4.2/5

The mall isn't that big but it has a lot of shops. It has a hotel connected to it for tourists to stay in if they want access to supermarkets. The toilet is very clean and cleaned often. there's also a food court to buy a wide range of food or snacks. The mall is really crowded even on weekdays, it is really hard to find empty parking spots even thought there are a lot. Overall, it's a good mall to walk and shop the mall and is also dog friendly.

High end shopping mall with all the branded stuff. Well maintained and clean. Good place to stroll around.

Nice a d modern mall at PIK. It is very nice to wakj around and shop. It also has many shops and good restaurants and bakeries. It is a good place to bring families and hang out with friends. I have been visiting this mall a couple of times now before the pandemic. It is still the same as before. I like the interior design. It is open and looks very nice.
