Breitling Boutique

We recently were searching for an anniversary watch. Having had poor service from other known watch sellers (basically got ignored), we decided to try our luck with the Breitling at K11. The customer service was amazing, Sean asked us if we needed any assistance, and on explaining what we were looking for he guided us to an area to sit down and the staff kindly got us water. He then went and collected a number of styles matching the watches I had said I liked, and brought them to be tried on.

We ended up falling in love with the Chronomat B01 Bentley edition, and made the purchase.

Sean was kind enough to include a very nice pen and a Breitling beach towel as included gifts. (He also explained that the Mall was running a special offer and that we could claim some points with our purchase.)
