Thank you to the staff for being so patient with me! I had a great time playing MTG here.

Place was nice and had pretty good variety of of sealed stuff and singles.
Didn't find the specific Pokémon cards I was looking for but good experience overall.

As a tourist, I was looking forward to a bunch of older expansions, but the owner was extremely rude, answered questions unpleasantly and I'm not even talking about exchanging cards (he wanted from me to pay an extra €10 for exchanging cards of the same value, even mine was a couple of euros more expensive). Overpriced boosters and singles. I do not recommend at all!

I'm an experienced magic the gathering player, I've never been in a store so unwelcoming.

Owners were rude, didn't want to answer my questions regarding the prerelease event coming up.

First and last time visiting this place, I can't believe such a place exists with such bad customer service.

I can't imagine a new player getting started here.

I came to Berlin as a tourist to visit this store. I saw the bad reviews about the staff and owner before arriving but I went in with a open mind. I asked for English Yugioh cards and the worker was very rude and angry. He showed me the English yugioh cards and I asked if had Battle Of Legends Monstourous Revenge and he slapped his head and screamed at me. Will never return again and will not recommend anyone to.

Heiko, the owner, is honest and wears his big heart in the right place. I love him just for being himself. I interviewed him in his store. You can see it at Youtube "SenshiHero".

Amazing place. Went there for a draft and had a great time. Everyone was really friendly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the products you see there, wow!
