The customer service, communication and expertise of the team at Arabian adventures is one of the best !! My Wife and I booked a Evening Desert Safari and i can't even begin to put into words how great Shan Jaan was, from the hotel pick, everything in between to hotel drop off, Shan was so friendly, welcoming, entertaining, funny and very knowledgeable. Shan main goal was to ensure we had a great time and we were comfortable the whole way, He deserves a pay rise! It always the customer service and guides that make a trip like this WORTH IT and not boring. My Wife and I will be recommending Arabian adventures to everyone back home in Sydney because of the service we have received and how great Shan was! Until next time :)

Great experience and great job, Hycent! He was our driver and guide and was able to maximize safety and fun experience at the same time. He gave us valuable additional detailed information about whatever we were seeing all trip long. At no time we felt insecure during the drive, definitely a great guy! Highly professionally organized, we have never felt being in a rush. The stops for pictures of animals, for memories or the sunset break was ideal in timing. The dinner at the camp was very well organized and exceeded our expectations by far! The facilities are remarkable and all this in the middle of the desert, these guys made their homework as best in class. The food was delicious and ways better than a lot of restaurants you might go, again... all this in the middle of the desert! The shows and dinner entertainment was a blast for our eyes, great job guys! If you ever wanna go for a desert safari in Dubai, this is the address you have to chose!

I booked a desert tour for our group of 12 through Arabic Adventures, and from the initial contact to the tour with Amjad Hussein (our driver in the first car) and Shan jaan (in our second car), everything went perfectly. The tour was a highlight and will remain an unforgettable experience for our team. A heartfelt thank you once again for such an amazing experience.

Had a really nice experience at our Dune Buggy and Evening Safari Adventure with out guide Waqar, who we are so greatful to have met! The buggies were very proper, new and reliable. An experience we will never forget!

On the other hand, the sand boarding and camel riding were a bit disappointing, as they happened late a night when it was dark and were very short activities. The food could also have been better in my opinion, as if you're not a meat lover you have barely any other options.

We paid for the premium package and regreted it, as if you wish to smoke shisha you need to move to a reserved area where you can't see the shows, so it's one thing or the other but not both as we imagined. Also they won't make any sort of mojito or cocktails for drinks which would have been nice.

But overall, I think it's a must activity to do if you have a day to spare in Dubai, to get out of the city and get some perspective on the unique landscape and the traditions of the locals.

Arabian adventures was an amazing tour. Booking the tour was extremely simple through their website as all the options are clearly listed. We selected the evening Safari package that included a pick up from our hotel, dune bashing, watching a beautiful sunset in the desert, a camel ride, sand boarding and a visit to an amazing camp in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of activities. Some amazing drinks and entertaining shows. Selected the premium package which included alcoholic beverages, and Shisha. It was worth it. The most important thing about our trip was our tour guide Suleiman. I personally feel that Arabian adventures is fortunate to have someone like Suleiman on their staff. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city and ensured that he shared his knowledge with us. He picked us up from the hotel and to the entire ride ensure that we were comfortable and were ready for an amazing Dune bashing session. Overall I gave this particular service five stars, and would recommended highly to anybody visiting Dubai.

Great fun and wonderful experience (01.12.23). Our driver Khalid arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable about the dessert, and its inhabitants, and also he could be part-time comedian, he was that funny! (Deserves a bonus😁)
Especially enjoyed the sandbashing, it was our first time and would definitely do it again. I think seating in the front seat is more fun 😁.
Seeing the sun set was magical, got some really great photos (expensive to get them printed out) but you can also purchase just the USB. However, you'll also get great photos with just your phone.
The food was okay, entertainment was fantastic.
However, the henna lady seemed miserable, like she didn't want to be there. She did a great job drawing but lacked personality.
Overall, I would highly recommend this experience with this tour company.
(Also, prior to this. I had a question about my booking and i was assisted by Maria C. Resort Officer. She was so helpful and friendly to chat too! Thanks Maria, I'll definitely get in touch to book the Abu Dhabi tour next time I'm in town 😉).

What a truly amazing experience this was! The trip started slowly, but once we got off the main track into the Conservation Park and onto the sand dunes, wow! This is where the adventure really kicked in! Driving up, down, over, and around the dunes was exhilarating! Our driver was highly skilled, and we never once felt uncomfortable as he delivered an amazing experience! We stopped to see local wildlife and to watch the sunset over the desert, stunning! It was then onto dinner in the desert. This, too, was more than we could ever have imagined. A magical setting under the stars, great food, plentiful drinks, incredible entertainment including camel rides, belly dancing, fire twirling, and traditional music and dance! It was a perfect night and ending to what was a truly memorable experience.
If you want to get away from the bright lights and experience an amazing desert experience in every way, then this is it! We highly recommend it!
