Very nice arrangement for giraffe feeding but once you purchase the food from counter mind to break down into more pieces for feeding longer periods of times.
It was a wonderful experience feeding giraffes. They won't do anything on us. Very good experience

As we held out the food, a giraffe with the softest brown eyes leaned in, its long, black tongue gently taking the treat. The kids squealed with delight, their faces inches from this gentle giant. It was a truly magical moment, a connection between us and these amazing animals.
The entire experience was incredibly well-managed. The staff provided clear instructions and ensured everyone had a safe and enjoyable interaction. The giraffes seemed happy and healthy, and the whole area felt spacious and natural.

A fascinating experience at Safari World Bangkok is feeding the giraffes. After taking the safari ride into the wildlife area, I reached this special spot. To feed the giraffes, you need to purchase food bags—I don't recall the exact price, around 100 baht I think. Then, you get to hand-feed the giraffes. Usually, a few of them gather at once, making the food bags disappear in no time. If you're into it, buying a couple of food bags is a good idea; otherwise, you can just stand, admire, and continue exploring other areas.
Here one gets the opportunity to feed giraffes with ones own hands. Thus the experience turns out to be thrilling as well as a memorable one.
