Elephant Seaside Retreat

This was a bucket list item for me. I love how they run the place. The elephants were beautiful and we really enjoyed feeding and bathing them. So good to see no chains on them. Thanks so much for the beautiful experience!!!

The love of the owners and elephant carers for these retired gentle giants, is wonderful to watch. It was my first encounter , and being able to touch, wash , scrub, feed an elephant,....there is no words. They made it such an amazing and emotional experience for me.

Absolutely horrible place. Elephants are not free roaming. They should be able to walk and roam and be free. Brings tears me my eyes. I would not recommend this place or any other here. Our experience in chiang mai at elephant nature park was amazing. Those elephants were rescued and being rehabbed to live their best life. This place is heartbreaking. Do not support this one or any other one like it or that still allows riding. Do your research first. Signed, elephant lover.

A small place with 3 elegant in it. The animals are well fed and treated. They are clean, healthy looking and do not have any scratches or wounds or restrains. You can feed and bathe them, but luckily no riding is offered. We were told that these are rescued elephants. The place is 7 minutes by motor bike from Kalima resort. One can use a motor bike parking in a shade and a snack on a terrace.

Good service, classy, natural in a peaceful place like this. Came to feed the elephant bananas and take a bath and scrub the elephants, it was really fun. Followed by taking a shower and eating sweets. There is coffee ready to serve for us to drink and eat. It is an excellent place to relax.

Such a wonderful experience! These beautiful creatures are well looked after and not ridden. Best to do through a tour company. We went with Eco Khoa Lak adventures. It also incorporated the Sea Turtle Sanctuary, Bamboo rafting, swimming at a waterfall and an amazing authentic Thai lunch.
