Had a great week we said in the cabin and did paddle boarding.
Staff fantastic great place to visit

I visited the waterpark with my partner on Sunday 2nd June, i'm in my late 20s and he's early 30s.
Here's my honest review:
We had an absolute blast! I would highly recommend this for any one, they have activities for all ages and it was lovely to see people of all ages having fun and joining in.
The instructors are amazing, so friendly and so helpful.
I tried out wakeboarding for the first time ever - I wish I got the name of the instructor because I'd like to give him a shout out. He was amazing!
The lifeguard who manned the SUP at 11 was also awesome, he came out on his boat to check everyone was OK frequently and had a great attitude.
We then did one of the aquaparks later on in the afternoon and had great fun, the lifeguards ensured everyone was safe but having fun.
I have a few notes of improvements:
The check in and shop process could be done better, the staff who worked there were amazing and so helpful and lovely. But the process needs looking at as there were long queues at various stages of the day.
The Cafe is also the same, although there were lots of staff working in the cafe the wait times for coffee were long the whole day, I waited around 25 minutes for 1 flat white.
Food was delicious but I think the place would do amazing if they had some querky food trucks scattered around the park to reduce wait times.

This is a wonderful place for families with kids and the people working there are very professional, friendly and helpful.
Waiver or consent forms must be completed online. There's no way to do this in person at the reception desk.
There's no free internet available to complete the consent or waiver forms at the water park. It is advisable to book tickets and complete waiver forms when you have good reception or internet. The group in front of us in the queue did not have any internet reception on their phones at reception and were panicking about being late for their activities because they did not complete their consent forms and this is a requirement before taking part in any activity.
Sign outside reception says, please complete waiver forms online to save time, but it is not possible to complete waiver forms in any other way than online. Now I have that out of the way, the rest is all good news.
I went for an open water swim, kayaking, zip wire, climbing wall and we stayed in the motorhome part of the campsite for the weekend. All of these activities were extremely well maintained and clean. Safety and quality of activities was excellent.
One small minor comment I had was that anybody could drive up to the water park and use the shower and toilet facilities without having to pay any fees to use any of the facilities which can potentially be a security or safety problem, although they do have very good CCTV covering the property. During daytime hours anybody could drive in to the water park and nobody is there to check tickets and the restaurant and bar areas available to the public which is right next to the changing and family changing toilets and facilities and the doors to these are left open which makes it very convenient, but I would definitely keep an eye on my kids as everyone should do anyway at all times in public areas.
Bottom line core advice, book your activities before you arrive and complete all your consent forms before arriving at the reception. Then check into all your activities to collect your wristbands and then you should be good to go to enjoy the rest of your day without any issues.

Had a lovely walk to the water park sun was out but not too busy, would love to have a go at all the activities but no time. We did have time for food at the café, the pizzas were excellent and the loaded fries was a big portion. Also have a good drink selection from local breweries.

Amazing experience and great value. We did the kayaking and paddle boarding. My brother took us through and we used his equipment but there was equipment for hire for good prices, too.
Very clean facilities and the activities and events that were going on around us for team building etc looked good fun.
Would definitely return again!

We did a zip line and axe throwing. Both were well managed and lots of fun. Friendly staff and site well laid out with lots of activities. Need to book in advance as I imagine it being very popular when the water obstacle courses are open.

What a fantastic day out with friends and family. Plenty of parking upon arrival after a lovely entry through the sweeping roads, paired with a well signposted roadway made for a nice arrival on a stunning day!
We had a picnic when we arrived but there is food available on site. It didn’t look too pricey at all and looked great from what other people had. Toilets and changing facilities were all really clean and hygienic, even after anticipating a foist’y smell, which was a bonus!
Wetsuits and safety gear was all provided to ensure a comfortable and safe experience. We elected to do the “warrior” course which certainly delighted. Despite causing near death and whiplash on many occasions (all my fault no claims here).
1000000% would recommend and 10000000% would go again!
