Good location for BBQ where kids also enjoy at the playground. BBQ area is time to time closed due to fire risks during dry periods

Complete Family place to visit .....Kids can enjoy playing with water(it's normal water)..You can plan 5-6 hours enjoying open BBQ area ..Tram, bus stop is nearby ...400 m ..

We went there for a BBQ and the place was good. Easy parking, a lot of grill places under the shade and wooden sitting places.
I saw plenty of possible activities around like volleyball, minigolf, there was a massive water playground for kids. For sure you can spent the day there and go back another day for different activities.

Great place for grilling, but no order, to many people with loud music in big speakers or using the ash place to grill, then you cannot empty your barbecue until it cold down. They should learn to respect the people around.

I love this place, although it is crowded on a nice weather for grilling. There are lots of public permanent Grill places available which you can use. Some are in shades (covered places) while some are open. To reserve one place, one should come really early here. One can also bring their own grills to use.
It has lots of activities also. Kids can play in big open playarea with lots of swings, sandpits, seesaw, merry-go-rounds, slides, and many others. There are also 6 TT tables, a beach volleyball court and many walking and cycling routes.
There are many benches and tables, however they are not enough for the number of people who visit on a nice day. So it is advisable to bring mats r camping chair/table with you.
Parking is also not an issue. There are lots of free parking places available for 24 hours.
