Great place to park and cheaper than taking a taxi or rideshare if you plan to be away for a longer time.
book online for better rates, than just daily rates. In recent times, my registration and or QR code hasn't been registered. meaning exit barriers don't lift. When contacting their control, there are all ways great to deal with. lifting the barriers with minimal hassle

This parking is NEITHER safe OR secure. Had our car broken into in full view of the CCTV camera and $5k of gear stolen. None of my multiple calls were picked up, or any of the messages answered - in two weeks, I havent once been able to speak to anyone who works here about this. I'm not sure if they even know or care that there have been break-ins on their premises. Clearly CCTV isnt monitored and once they've taken your money, no other service is provided.
Please put clear and visible direction sign to the bus stop. Difficult for 1st timer to find way to bus stop in the dark and rain. Also please put the line number and parking lot number. It is easily to get lost. You are making money all year round. You don't need to employ many expensive staff like other businesses. Why not invest a bit for customers to help their journey easier. It is very stressful to find parking in the dark.
Using this as a place to wait for free for upto an hour is a brilliant idea, freeing up the traffic directly at the terminal. You can wait for your intended pick-up parties to arrive then drive straight over to the terminal lane when they're heading outside.
