Paintball Gateway and Airsoft

SELLING BROKEN GUNS DO NOT BUY! I bought the dye rize czr and it had an air leak when I first tested it out. I had to pay another $120 to get it repaired! Buy from Lone Wolf Paintball Instead!!! Store needs to be shut down!

Change your hours if you going to close early I came from far away to boy some batteries for my gun and you guys were close

I was at Paintball Gateway and Airsoft today needed help with my regulator, the people that work there are awesome they explained everything I needed to know. Make sure I understood it. I would recommend anybody look ing for anything to do with airsoft or paintball to go to these guys. They are awesome thank you guys.

Came in to buy a box of paint and they sold me a case of “fresh” defy for $45. Got home and opened up the box to see that all of the paint was dimples and looked like it had been sitting there for months. Came back to return it and was told they don’t take returns and they shouldn’t even take it back for exchange, but they did. Person at register was kind of rude. Got the new box, it looked even worse. I’m not coming back and going to Matrix Gear instead.

I've been in here enough times to know it's not a worthwhile shop. But, unfortunately, it's the only shop near me.

Firstly, they don't open on the times listed. Google, maps, their site all list different times. I learned this the hard way when I showed up & the store was closed...called them & they answered (I actually saw the manager talking to me in the shop) but refused respect the hours they have listed online. I wasted 40 minutes driving back & forth to make eye contact with a manager that refused to help.

Secondly, prices aren't listed on all products which seemingly is on purpose? First time buying some paint they communicated it was $35/box & 4/$100...next time I come in it was $25/box or $20/5 boxes. Another time I was told $30/box or $120/4 boxes which is comical. That's not even a deal...That's just 4 boxes. A 68/4500 tank was $185 the first time I went in to get one, but when I came back (in the same week) it was $205...Why?

Beyond the above issues, the manager is pretty good at overtaking & talking down to people. That said, beyond this review, I'll be ordering my product online & elsewhere from now on.

Andrew was so very helpful and knowledgeable. As soon as my son and I walked in, he politely greeted us. He provided so much information and answered any questions we had. When you go here, make sure Andrew helps you!

10/10 would BALL AGAIN!
first time in the shop, returning player who is getting back into paintballing after years of neglect. Needed a whole new setup, the pros at Paintball Gateway and Airsoft not only knew about anything I asked but got me into a brand new setup UNDER BUDGET!!
If you don't at least stop by and check them out, you don't care about getting the best deal you can...
Hands down the best 1 stop shop in the area!!
