I recently visited family here. The neighbors were friendly . Friendly office staff. Looks like some nice new homes!

I've lived here for a couple yrs now, I have no complaints, I like Hope and Anna alot they are great managers of this park, the maintenance crew works great, my kids love it here, my kids even love the managers here they are always so sweet and playful with all the kids. Setting up get together and parties for Halloween. Just a great environment all around

I would just like to say how grateful I am to have lived here. I feel comfortable walking the whole park everyone’s so nice. The office does a wonderful job at helping people. They are the best people ever. When the park flooded our community manger Hope helped a women who was scared of the water. This really goes to show how they go above and beyond for there residents.

Amazing!! It’s a wonderful child friendly area so safe and quiet. Amazing work staff and hope is so sweet along with the other ladies. They accommodated my families needs amazingly. So caring and understanding. By far the best park.

Feb 2024, When I came into the office all the lady’s were so sweet. Showed me a home next day moved in. It’s been Beautiful and Quiet. A Few neighbors issues with parking but that’s anywhere nowadays.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it has been progressively more aggressive with how they violate your rights. I am moving out and am going to be suing for destruction of property and violating our right to peaceful living. Absolutely would not rent here.

Trash place to live, park is not serious about anything. Only allowed 2 parking spots yet when someone parks in my spot nobody cares. Park don’t do anything when you complain, had water back up 3 times in one week flooding my trailer multiple times. Do not rent do not buy do not give your money to these lazy obese scamming liars
EDIT MORE PLUMBING ISSUES BEEN WITHOUT PLUMBING FOR ANOTHER WEEK. CANT SHOWER CANT DO LAUNDRY CANT DO DISHES. CALLED THE PARK THEY HAD TO DIG UP SEWER LINES BECAUSE THEY INSTALLED POWER BOXES THROUGH THE SEWAGE LINE. NOW Dte has moved the box and the plumbers are late/not showing up.
