This is very close to the Auckland Cruise Ship Terminal. The shop signs are big and very visible to passers-by.
It carries a large range of products, from clothing to cshoes, place mats to fridge magnets, very cute soft toy, especially the little fluffy white sheep.
There are souvenirs with imprints of fern, and kiwi fruit.
The store is big, bright and clean. It is quite a souvenir paradise for tourists as for the local.

Most staff are Japanese, good design and friendly helpful staffs. Store is organized well.

I cannot understand why they don't accept my request for the refunding for some of the items i bought, altgough i asked them for it within 1~2 hours sine I have done the payment.
Price was relatively high. However, that’s not the main issue. Staff was polite and full of knowledge for goods they sell that makes my experience perfect. Well worth a visit.
