Enjoyed a meditation n mindfulness session at An Gairdin Beo with Carlow Mental Health and the lovely Mary Claire Harte, such an upbeat person, I always feel energised after spending time in her company. Great to have a little time to do absolutely nothing but relax. Fire walking by all accounts was very exciting. I wasn't brave enough to try it out.
