Mother Espresso

Mixed bag really. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and was relatively busy, I suppose. My meal was wrong, my sister's was poor, and as I tried to get the waiter's attention to tell him, as he cleared away the plates, he looked at me nervously and walked away swiftly, never to return. I've had a couple of similar experiences in here now. Won't be going back for food. Seems like an inconvenience to them. Coffee is good and lady at the counter was sound. That's the only reason for more than one star.

Dunno where to start!
The ambience, the workers, the food, the variety of choices and so many great things to choose from. Oli was working today and always smiling and helping customers and suggesting cakes/specials and recommended the iced tea which was fab. I was passing by and ended up staying four or five hours because of how great this spot was. Oli is extremely friendly and outgoing and definitely an asset to this spot.
Coming back that’s for sure

Came here to work remotely when visiting Liverpool. Coffee and food are great, lovely service but WiFi is not reliable or strong. Kept dropping out. Would not recommend to here to work remotely unfortunately which was the main purpose.

The coffee, cakes, and toasties are too die for! Most cakes are vegan too, so it’s nice to actually have an option as a DF/vegan person! Highly recommend the cinnamon buns!

This is one of the best co-working coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The coffee, pastries and food are all delicious and reasonably priced. Whoever made the music playlist deserves a raise because they played the best tunes. The overall vibe is just very cozy but also industrial. I could work from this coffee shop all day.

As soon as I walked in with a couple of friends I felt like I could not speak. It was very quiet. I ordered a Hot Cross Bun that wasn't exactly "hot" as it was served cold. The shop it self has nice furniture, I like the plants but the overall look seemed unfinished. Some people like that though. Bit of a slow service as there was only one guy at the till/behind the bar.
