Pret A Manger

I came here for a coffee and was waiting for a long time while the girl behind the counter was playing with her phone. When I complained, she said "I'm team leader, I can do what I want" and then some swear words and other things in Polish I couldn't understand. She was utterly disrespectful and puts a bad face to the Pret name!

Not sure what the hype is. The sandwich was mediocre at best, and even though it was duck it had a tuna smell and taste… also they charge you extra to dine in, which is CRAZY!

Below average coffee inconsistently prepared. Definitely not lovingly prepared. Espresso shots are pre-made and left to sit getting cold before the order is made. Varying and inconsistent amounts of milk used. Unpleasant taste, burnt coffee. General lack of care shown.

Upon acquiring a sandwich intended for communal consumption with my colleagues, I relished its delightful taste. Although the pret offers a pleasant ambiance, I ultimately opted to consume the sandwich within the confines of my workplace.

Rude, disrespectful service from the young lady (arm tattoo) behind the counter. I questioned my drinks as they were both made wrong. They tried to fob me off thinking I don’t know my drinks.
I asked a question and got ignored, so I asked again for their attention, to which she had the nerve to attempt to tell me that I had to wait. She’s very lucky I am able to ‘bite my tongue’ and let it slide, especially with a queue forming behind me.
As a paying customer, I have to expect some basic customer service!
Rude, obnoxious little girl with a chip on her shoulder. If you don't want to be there, choose something else to do. Otherwise, pick up the pace and try having a little urgency about you.

Accessible Pret location in Vauxhall. The staff are very quick with orders and payment which makes the queues move fast. Everything you find at your "local" Pret is here.

Great Pret made by the really fantastic staff. The place is crazy busy all the time but the staff keep their cool and are very positive. Much appreciated by me and hopefully everyone here.

Open before 6am, yay. Pleasant staff except for one woman I said good morning to no response. When I asked why she said she was not on duty. I wondered how that was relevant since she was behind the counter. Decent coffee. Most seating areas are clean in the morning, emphasis on most as I had to move twice due to crumbs on tables in the corner near the toilet. There is a dark haired man that stocks shelves early morning who really needs to tone down his voice. Unprofessional chats with staff shouldn't be to the hearing of the public. Especially when customers are waiting.
