I was never called for my briefing or emailed I have a voucher waiting and they are not calling me to schedule appointments

It's a little degrading how I've been treated dealing with my situation they need to train their housing reps they don't care they rude and talk to you like ur nothing

What's going on in this agency, nothing is working normal, everything is suspicious, how people are able to apply,no one respond to our email,who are you
Agency need to be close as you don't serve the poor community .

The case managers used to be trained problem solvers, amicable and pragmatic. Now, I’m stuck in a revolving door with a contentious worker who really needs a different job. COVID has not helped at all.

What is going on in this agency? They either don't feel like working in the normal way, or are incapable of doing so. How much are they being paid? If a lot, then we're all getting ripped off.

Krystal was more than helpful today. I appreciated her honesty and her advice. You can tell when an individual is not only good at what they do;but when they have love& compassion in their hearts.

We dont take complaints, of tenants violating the rules and lease agreement. email to supervisor. We do, and submit them for review. I send them. Response: were to busy finding people housing to take any complaints. Supervisor misdirects to the milvia st housing office and the milvia st office sends you back to them. She did it 2 times.They need to remove problem tenants and apartments from thier listings, for landlords who cant enforce the lease agreement.
They need 2 fully trained window staff. They also need to remove the low cieling mercury fillament uv lights in thier office..
