Twickenham

Trains always delayed, cancelled, or otherwise amended at short notice.
I pay good money to use this service, and it's genuinely a gamble as to whether you will actually get what you pay for. If I could avoid SWR for the rest of my life, I would be so happy! It's honestly the WORST service I have ever had the misfortune of having to use!

Reasonably well designed, functional except on rugby days

Lots of different updates needed,Twickenham railway station is in Twickenham in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, and is in Travelcard Zone 5. By track it is 11 miles 22 chains (18.1 km) from London Waterloo. Only one main street abuts the station — at its west end — London Road running between a trunk road south of Twickenham Stadium and the town centre to the south including the town's public section of riverside.

Toilets get locked usually 1 hour before the advertised closing time, including the accessible toilet. I understand that you don't want people sleeping in them or whatever, but closing the toilets at 6pm (when there are no toilets in the train as well, and that is when most people get home, or later) is, to put it mildly, not smart.

If you have a pram or wheelchair avoid this 541T station there are no lifts just stairs A member of the public helped me up the stairs where i dropped my shopping smashing some bottles there were approx 20 staff not one of them helped?
Disgusting excuse for a train station that only caters for able bodied people and people without prams or pushchairs
