Excellent Service when registering the death of my dear dad. I phoned the branch and spoke to a very helpful lady and made an appointment to visit the next day with my mam. We visited the branch and were greeted by a friendly customer advisor who showed us to a seating area. We were then greeted by Andrea who took us to a private room. Andrea was lovely and showed empathy with my mam, she took time to clearly explain the options for my mam so mam could make an informed choice. The transactions were very straightforward and Andrea was very helpful. This was an exceptionally positive experience and I will be visiting the branch again in the spring to open an isa with them for the next financial year.
