Great building with 2 entrances, Ashford avenue and Magdalena! The building some has parking and some no. The building allow short term rental and centrally locate at Ashford avenue 1126! It has pool. Mix of commercial first floor and residential!

It’s an amazing condominium small and quiet is located on the very heart of San Juan condado area everything it’s at walking distance hotels night clubs bars the best places of all condado at just steps including the beach! Definitely if you can stay there go for it.

I like this building, the sporadic power outages don't bother me. The building has a very tranquil feel to it in such a busy area in walking distance to most everything. I saw people cleaning at least twice a week. You can tell they take COVID seriously and so unfortunately the pool is closed. There's an aloe plant by the parking lot if you get sunburned. When you do see someone they are usually friendly or just keep to themselves. It's quiet.
