Black Lab Brewing

Had an amazing time in the beer garden! Had a party of 20+ and were able to move around freely, play some corn hole & try some amazing beers! I had the salt & lime sour and LOVED it.

Only thing to note is they don’t serve food so come prepared 🍻

•March 2024• a great brewery with fantastic beers! Reminds me of a brewery out in BC called Yellow Dog. They should do a brew together!

Wonderful brewery with some great beer options. Their openness to dogs is great and is clearly a driver for some folks as most groups there had a dog with them. This does mean they can’t serve food unfortunately, but it’s something they get around by allowing you to bring your own food and often having a separate food vendor on site to cater to your needs. Overall good spot and we’ll likely be back with our own dog soon.

Great options of artisanal beer. I loved their Sour beer and also the non-alcoholic option of Kombucha. Mariama and Michael are awesome!!! Im not much of a beer drinker but they helped us navigate through choosing which beer to take and even took the time explaining how their beers are made.

Great selection of beers, really liked the sour. Everyone in the group found a flavor they enjoyed. You sit basically in the brewing space so it's a fun interaction with the brew staff.

Very good place to go with your dog. Inside has high table which make hard our fur puppy to sniff our food. The beverages are eccentric and they explained every single one, also you can taste before order. Apart from beverages, there is a little "food table" where you can order some street food sandwiches.

The location is just 1 block from the Queen St streetcars. The brewery has a good selection of beers to make anyone happy! There is outdoor seating on the front patio and back patio. The back patio is only open on the weekends. They allow dogs, but it is very well ventilated, so if you have allergies, not to worry. When we were there, someone was selling jerk chicken meals and it looked really good. They allow you to bring food from outside and enjoy it with your beer. A great place to have a few beers at a great price, in a great space!
