Pentagon Metro Station

Unless you take the metro or bus .

Contrary to popular belief, non-military people can get off here. You can walk around the outside of the building to the 9/11 memorial. You can also walk to the Pentagon City Mall, if you know where the pedestrian tunnel is. Also, a great bus transfer station here; probably the best in the system. Other than the 9/11 Memorial on the far side of the building, there isn't much you can do here outside the building.

Buses do not come on time in the early morning. The tablet showing the bus time arrivals are inaccurate. It says the buses arrived many times for several mornings but it never came. I was there but still no bus. Is it some kind of ghost bus? Be wary of early morning bus rides.

It is an important piece of our attractions and even more, the buses and trains that stop here are in a perfect area to go anywhere in the northern Virginia area.

I would've given all stars but the station attendants are rude and made me wait about 30 minutes out of my schedule to speak to the station manager (took him that long to get to me) just to do something that they could've done. And they act like you've inconvenienced them when you ask for assistance.

typical split level Metro station. it does get a little confusing at first but you'll get the hang of it. it's relatively clean compared to other stations and doesn't really smell like urine.

Today driver bus 87 the bald black man 2:18 Afternoon ,, came 2:15 he drove and left me and this is not the first time.. they always not on the schedule and I think he is hates some people and I wish they change their drivers because they are not good..
