The management at this apartment is incredibly frustrating. As a foreigner who just moved in, I wasn’t aware of how things work here. My online shopping package was delivered, the management office claimed they couldn’t find it in their system. Their staff speaks very poor English, making communication almost impossible. When I asked about my package, they were completely indifferent and dismissive, acting like they didn’t care at all.

I asked whether the package was returned or if the courier never delivered it, but they refused to give me any information and just told me to contact the courier center myself. Since I don’t speak Thai, I couldn’t communicate with the courier center. After reaching out to the seller, the courier messaged me saying he did deliver the package to the management office, and that it’s the management office that has been lying to me. He was even fined 1800 baht because of this issue.

To this day, the management office hasn’t responded to me, apologized, or offered any compensation, and my package is still missing. Their treatment of foreigners is absolutely unacceptable.

Superb Location! Easily access by MRT (Petchburi)/ Airport Link (Makkasan)/ Train (Asok). Cute Cat in front of the gate.

The place is very good in the heart of Bangkok, convenient to travel both in the airport and in the city. Only 7 minutes walk from the Airport Rail Link Makkasan station to the airport and 4 minutes from the MRT Phetburi station in the city. Each trip to the airport has a bit of a problem with large and heavy luggage.

Good layout, not bad public space, have many conveniences store, and good location for public transportation but noise. Compare with other projects in this area no have a great thing just middle range.
