Rubbish Security Guard, bad attitude and rude.

Security guards on night shifts are indeed very rude. I visited the building to view their rental units by car, I couldn’t understand their lousy and unclear instructions in Thai and made a wrong turn. The reaction and attitude they gave me were egregiously disgusting, so much so I didn’t feel like renting anything there. The building itself, however, is very nice and the rooms are very nice.

Condominium by Sukhumvit Road near BTS Ekkamai station and opposite to St. Andrew International School

Well kept property, every inch spotless at all time. Everything you need facilities and the location is perfection. Situated in the middle of everything. Mall across the street, BTS few minutes walk. Love it!!!

Stayed at this place for 2 years. Well maintained condo. Amazing facilities - business area, gym, sauna and it's saltwater pool. Condo is clean, no cockroach infestation , lobby, hallways and elevator are with ACs so it's always cool and smells nice. Juristic office is helpful. Soundproofing is good in the room, you cannot hear your neighbors.

Lots of Caucasian and Japanese tenants.

A bit noisy when the balcony door was open for rooms facing the BTS/Sukhumvit.

Rental price was a bit on the expensive side for the size of the rooms in comparison to other condo's of the same size. Probably because the building is less than 10 years, close proximity to the BTS and Gateway mall, good service and maintenance and several facilities available.

I have stayed here for 1 year. Receptors are very nice. The condo facilities such as swimming pool, co working space and gym are very clean and practical with amazing vibe. The condo near to BTS,Mall and Groceries store you can walk.The parking area enough for residences.
