Frederiksberg Palace, a magnificent Baroque gem, offers a glimpse into Danish history and grandeur. While the opulent interior spaces are not currently accessible due to a fire in 1859, the palace itself and its surrounding gardens are a sight to behold.

Highlights:
1. Striking Baroque Architecture: Admire the palace's impressive exterior, designed by Danish architect Ernst Brandenburger and inspired by Italian Baroque style.

2. Beautiful Gardens: Explore the sprawling Frederiksberg Have and Søndermarken gardens, offering a peaceful escape and scenic views.

Visit Tips:
1. Combine your visit with a stroll through the charming gardens for a well-rounded experience.
2. Consider joining a guided tour to delve deeper into the palace's history.

Overall, Frederiksberg Palace is a must-visit for history buffs and anyone who appreciates beautiful architecture and gardens.

I only visited the gardens outside the palace. Very nice place for a picnic or getting some sun. Many weddings happening around the park, the newlyweds take pictures by the summer palace of the Royal Family.

The largest palace in Denmark is definitely not the prettiest one. Big park, however.

Beautiful palace, but go to the park that is behind the palace! Amazing view between nature on the yellow back/front

Must visit place at Copenhagen if you like historical structures and nature. The castle has 5 floors with varied collection sorted by period.

A cool tourist attraction to check out! The trails are accessible and fairly flat and the view facing the water and gardens is beautiful. You may even see some wedding photography happening!

This place is only open on the last Saturday of the month. It does not open in December. Check the website for times. The fee is nominal. The guided tour happens at 1100 and 1300. The Officers tell about the history of the palace and explain how Danish Officers are trained here. Tours are normally in Danish only. English tours can be arranged in advance.
