Beautiful location and place to live

Poor management. We lived before in a condo and we can’t hear any noise from the next door or any footstep from upstairs. But here, it’s like you are living in a 2 storey single house. I am hearing all the noise upstairs. Wrong move to live here.

Never park here!!!!!! I paid for monthly parking and still gave me a ticket because they were looking at a different lot. Of course you cant find my plate there cuz u were looking at a different lot! Management is terrible doesnt even help me with the issue. Now i have to pay a parking ticket even though i paid.

Horrible place to live. Their fobs never work. No security, worst management . I wish I could give 0 star.

Lovely place to be.
It has underground parking also and the rooms are nice.
Comes with a gym, and heater among others

Building 1000, shady management, enters apt with key unannounced, harassment & no company info on lease, printed off google.

Updated February 13 2023 Dirty Cheap gross building. Electrical issues throughout the buildings. You get a shock when turning off and on lights. Headphones will short circuit it worn when turning on and off lights. Not worth paying to live in a dive! Horrible building! Gyms are always dirty and broken equipment!Tenants running Airbb from this building! So random people in and out all hours of day and night. No security! Managment company dosent care. Cant even call anyone for noise complaints. Broken elevators. Broken gym equipment. Dirty hallways. Cheap gross buildings with horrible management company karen king
