We didn't have a great experience at this child care. 1st day no one knew who he was, no one knew he was sopose to start or where he was sopose to go. He was tossed around between 2 class rooms. I was told by someone that they moved him to a diffrent clas because the other teacher was unwelcoming to him. 2nd day he aparently got out of the building, I was told 3 difrent stories on what actually happened so I don't actually know. It was a constant struggle to get updates. Never received updates but one maybe 2 days. No one communicates my son stared to not behave and when I talked to him he said the teachers weren't nice and that they were being mean and his heart was sad. He said he was getting bullied by kids in the classroom. I immediately got on it and thought my son was the issue scheduled a behavioral therapist and all. He aparently progressively got worse and he was put on a 3 strikes your out. On his 3rd strike obviously he was told he couldn't return. The incident reports are ridiculous and show their lack of caring and negligence. My 3yo was left alone in the bathroom long enough to wrap himself in tolite paper and pretend to be a mummy. (Yes that was an incident repot). I couldn't even get him to stay at the day care in the morning. He was terrified to stay dad's course, him in.

I will say he's been attending a new daycare and we've have had 0 outburst or incidents. He is extremely happy to stay in the morning. He excited when he wakes up and I struggle to even get him to say Goodbye when I'm leaving.

Not fun when I was going there, I’m 14 and still remember the people getting mad at me and others, they also were ok with the older kids bully us and they did absolutely nothing to stop it.

Kindercare has been so good to my son. He loves his teachers, they do activities with him every day and take really great care of him. He comes home happy and seems really content. I'm so happy I chose Kindercare for my sweet boy. Being a single mom and having to put him in daycare was tough but Kindercare has been amazing to us. I would choose them over any daycare.

I justttt love this place. The director Jennifer is amazing I have been with her for 5 plus years. All 3 of my children have always loved her and the teachers. My oldest has some issues and Jennifer has always done everything to make sure he gets the time and effort he needs. I would recommend this place to everyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! THEY PUT HANDS ON THE KIDS AND THEN SAY IT never happened. Let a child tell a mixed child that his life didnt matter and black lives dont matter. Put teachers out of ratio. Not a good place at all.

Love everything about this place! The staff is AMAZING. And I absolutely LOVE that they send updates daily. The teachers are genuine and thoughtful. The people who work here make life easier.

My son has been going to the center for almost a year and every day I pick him up he's always happily playing. As someone that has to have their children grow up in daycare I'm happy to have this place as an influencer on my child's life.

My younger daughter has been attending this Kindercare center for the past 2 years and we could not be happier. This is a really warm and caring place. The management team is wonderful: I can always talk to Leisel and Jammie about anything and feel that they truly want to help. The teachers are very kind and caring. My daughter adores her pre-K teacher and I am not sure what we ll do next year when she starts school. We may have to visit her old pre-K class periodically :) The most amazing thing is that she now counts to 100 and has started to read - all before even entering Kindergarten! She might have learned some of it from her older sister but I am sure the learning activities at the center played a huge role in her achievements. In sum, I would definitely recommend this center to any family. I know how hard it is to leave your child in the care of other people, but this center is a really good place. I have no concerns or reservations ever when I say good byes in the morning and leave my little one in the care of the people who work at the center.
