My opinion based on my personal experience: I rented a home with the right of purchase, these people do not care for the renters, they send people to do horrible work all the time and every time, I excised my right of purchase and right at that moment they sent the worse a/c company in history, they decided it needed replacement, the person company cut the trusses in the Attic which the structure of the home to supposedly get the old A/C unit out and the new unit in, result of that, it did not pass inspection for that and other important reasons such as proper breaker sizes of the unit, hanging unit from the top cord of the trusses ECT..., anyway, they finally sent someone to do the repair almost 7 months later and forced me to sign a document to supposedly extend my contract for another 30 DAYS, they call it termination of contract of the right of purchase, they claimed is was the only way to extend it for 30 days more, in result of that without any warning suddenly I receive an email stating I was on a default for $810.00 after I paid my regular rent, again, $810.00 to a month more until I close, I waited approximately 7 months for them to do the repair and on top of that pay $810.00 more of rent till is done, they work under home partners of America LLC, do not fall for their trap!!! In my opinion they try to throw out on the street like us if they can sell it for more than we have locked on our contract! And what I'm posting is not even the half of the story, I suggest to stay away from pathlight property management and Home partners of America, have a blessed day.

Been with Pathlight for one and a half years. 2 house I’m in. They have been exceptionally great in all departments iv dealt with. Ty Parhlight

Spoke to James Cox in customer service and he was very pleasant and helpful in getting my issue expedited. Very professional and engaging conversation while I waited to get information on my issue.

we just moved in not even 2 weeks ago and there is ants falling from my ac vent in the bathroom making it unusable. all they can do is submit a request and you have to wait however long for them to send someone out. our pool was filthy when we moved in. our dining room light does not have a switch and for some reason it turns on and off at random times which still has not been fixed. i’m already dissatisfied with this company and i thought it would be a better experience than my last company looking at the other reviews.

Rental Collection Specialist NYACKA TURNER is very polite, professional, helpful and friendly. She is a rare find that Pathlight should treat well. My 5 stars are not for Pathlight but for Ms.Turner! Thanks again for all your help.

The people who work here are exceptional, very understanding no matter your situation. Dessi Rivera Has been nothing but the best. She responds quick and has been extremely helpful in my situation. Thank you so much for all you have helped me with it is extremely appreciated.
