I dealt with the manager, Tafri, and he was a very cooperative, respectful, and friendly person. I completed the procedures for renting my apartment with ease and simplicity. I advise you to deal with him. Thank you, Mr. Tafri.

When I first moved in, I absolutely loved it. Now I’m counting down the days until my lease is over. The dryer in my apartment has been broken for over a month now and the part has been on back order for weeks. There’s a dryer in a vacant unit that would make sense to swap out with mine while we wait for the part, but I was told that I have to wait until the part is delayed for an additional 2 weeks before they even consider it. When I try to call resident services for a status update, I’m stuck in a call loop and no one answers the phone. I pay too much for my apartment to not have my dryer working. This has been the biggest inconvenience for me. Reading the other reviews, other tenants have had issues with their dryers as well…

Pros: location/price was about 1800 after amenities and utilities for a 1 bedroom. The apartment was also pretty spacious.
The ladies who clean the halls and sweep outside did a great job

Cons: rats. Do not park anywhere near the dumpster or the rats will eat the wires under your car and it will be $1,000’s of damage.
Old appliances. I was here 1 year and my dryer broke 3 times.

When I moved in it smelled like cigarettes for several months. When I moved out I left the apartment in perfect condition (see videos) and I only rented here for one year. They want to charge me for new carpets but the carpets were already old when I moved in, everything is old, and I always took off my shoes in the house.

It was a decent first apartment but I am happy to leave.

Don’t live here. Since day one my experience here was awful, unit not ready, wrong keys, money wasted on moving. Over the months I found rats, roaches and mices that never got addressed. The building also is old and there were leaks that damage my equipment costing thousands due to the incompetency of the maintenance team that don’t even care about emergencies. To put the cherry on top, office staff that don’t care and all they want is for you to pay rent on time and never ask for help. Worst living experience of my life (with photos included so they don’t say is a fake review)

This the worst experience in an apartment complex. I moved in on July 29th First, they changed my unit four days before my move, having already signed a contract with the first unit, second, they gave me a dirty apartment with many problems. I have made at least ten maintenance requests and most of them have not been fixed, the maintenance It's terrible, the air conditioning vents were completely dirty and they told me that it's not their problem that I should clean them, I don't know what kind of company give a dirty apartment and asks the new tenant to clean it? The kitchen reeks of mice, the window blinds are old and dirty, I asked them to change them and they say they don't change them, the balcony was terribly dirty, I asked them to paint it and they did it but they did it wrong, now the paint is peeling off, today I went to the resident services office and the woman at the front desk was rude and raised her voice at me saying that I had to go to the leasing office to file those complaints and when I went to the leasing office they sent me to the Resident service, because I am already a resident, I don't think they even know what customer service means. Parking is almost impossible to find one since the vast majority are reserved and you have to pay for them. The hallways and stairs of the building remain dirty, no one has cleaned them since I lived here. Terrible experience for the same price there are much better options.
Teferi, the leasing manager was so helpful finishing up my lease. He was very professional and helpful.

I want to mention Julio too. He helped me with my application.

I love the community and my apartment, very spacious and clean.

Thank you guys and great job!

I have lived here for just over three years and have been very impressed with the customer service. At the beginning of the most recent lease renewal, I asked the Assistant Property Manager, Miss Cabrera, about getting some painting done. She made sure I had their best contractor lined up and they ended up doing a little more than the room I asked for!

I moved in on 2/12/24. Came in at noon to pick up my keys. I had already completed all the move-in requirements (utlities/payments etc) so all I was to do was pick up keys. I also listed I required parking for my vehicle. Julio emailed me later that afternoon, citing he forgot to issue me parking registration sticker & to return asap for it; I came back around 3:30/4pm & got the sticker.

I completed my move & parked my vehicle around 10:55pm-11:30pm last night. By 7:15am, as I was getting to head to work, I notice my vehicle not where I parked. Arlington PD informed me A1 towed it. I was informed I was parked in a reserved space hence the reason for tow. Julio DID NOT inform me of any reserved parking; I was simply informed to come back for a registration sticker (which was visible on the car at the time of tow), should I intend to park on the premises.

This morning, the leasing office lady I spoke to was unhelpful. To top this off, my first night at my "new apartment"; it was evident the unit was not cleaned prior to my arrival with marks/debris across the kitchen + bathroom. The bathroom ceiling was actively leaking via the ceiling bathroom vent. The hallway closet door is broken so clearly an inspection was not done prior to my move-in day. Loose screws seen on the bathroom floor. The dishwasher is so lose you could actually pull it out.

Truly abysmal service.

UPDATE as of Sunday, February 18.

After the response from management informing me to reach out to them to address my concerns, I emailed them and I’m yet to receive a response – it’s been at least three business days from the time I reached out to management.

At 2:47 AM, my toilet stopped working (not flushing) I live in a 1br/1ba unit . I have called the 24 seven on-call maintenance team three times since And nobody has reached out to me with an update on when my toilet will be fixed given this is an emergency. It has now been seven hours and no response whatsoever from Stoneridge maintenance. It has gone to the point where I now have to drive to work to use the toilet. How Frustrating and unacceptable Is that- seriously??

One week so far at this place and it has been horrendous; car towed on first night of my move, hallway closet found broken, bathroom ceiling leaks, unit not cleaned (see photos of kitchen cabinets as examples), carpet stained, no emergency service at all.

UPDATE as of March 20, 2024; Within days of my move-in on 2/12/24 I had to report a pest control issue; bugs & flies in the kitchen area. Since then my unit had to undergo a 4-week pest control treatment. They missed the second week because their entire team could not get one key to access my unit while I was at work. It was only when I prompted them to this fact of no pest service did they respond informing me of this hiccup. So, further delaying me settling into this unit.

March 29, 2024; 5:30 AM as I get ready for work, my toilet clogs for no apparent reason. The community's instructions for emergency services (as I live in a 1br/1ba unit) is to call their on-call phone number. No one ever picks up; it's an automated answering service so you don't even know if your call has been successfully received. Nonetheless I called & left my details as guide by the prompt. To feel better, I also put in a service ticket when I got to work around 7:30am today just to be sure it is going to be handled before I return from work. I get home at 3:30pm---toilet still clogged. Forcing me to walk to their leasing office, report the issue in person & to be told someone would be there in 20 minutes. Over 8 hours & and emergency request has not been fulfilled. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to rent here. I won't be renewing my lease when it's done (can't wait!).
