They definitely have a lot of goodies well stocked up but when it comes to customer service or acknowledging that you were there to get your stuff and go, it’s out the window.. I would give it a zero if I could, the lady that was as the cashier knew that there was a few more people there, waiting in line and she was taking her sweet time full on conversation with whoever was there, did not acknowledge anyone at all, so we left our stuff and left

I wouldn’t even give this dump one star I ordered a piñata a month prior they called me 4 days before the date I needed it saying there piñata person cancelled I was then advised I would get two piñatas which we went over details over the phone . I came Friday today a day before my kids party and they try to give me a crack head looking piñata nothing like what I was told over the phone the girls who work here are unprofessional and rude had to make a call and still nothing was resolved other than getting my money back again I ordered this piñata a month ago now the day before the party I’m stuck having to look for another . Zero stars ! Do NOT SHOP HERE

We came here to buy piñatas for my kids birthdays. Huge selection along with tons of candy, fillers and anything you’d need for a party. Will definitely be back.

I work for a child shelter 4 miles away from this store. I personally have gone there twice to buy all we need for special events. My supervisor had called for el Dia Del Nino asking if they would be willing to make a pinata donation and they never got back to her. The second time I went to make purchases I asked if they would be willing to make a pinata donation. I said "If we buy a pinata could we get one for free" still making a $100 plus purchase that day. The credit card system was down so they said to come back and they would ask the owners if they would donate a pinata. I came back and another woman rang all the other supplies I was purchasing so I asked what the owners had said about the pinata donation. She said they were out of town and was so standoffish you would think the donation was coming out of her paycheck. A simple "no sorry" would suffice, but the attitude is unnecessary when you are simply trying to bring more happiness to kids in a shelter. It would be so convenient to make purchases at this place but based on what happened I rather spend the money elsewhere.

It’s an amazing candy store. The service they gave me was outstanding, they were very friendly and helpful. I found everything I was looking for in just this store and even their prices are amazing!!!!! I really do recommend this store if you are looking forward to having an amazing birthday party!!
