Shaxian Snacks

I order in Uber Eats.
The size of soup became very small :( half tall of original one and same width :(
And same price :(

Although the food is good, but the service was extremely bad and the staff is super mean. She asked how we would like to pay and I answered pay by cards separately, then she started treating us very rudely because she thoughts it was troublesome, we even refill the water by ourselves because she’s not answering. Not coming anymore.

Ordered take out tonight but didn't really like the outcome... Ordered from the menu #147 Stewed chicken in pot and #161 Spicy marinated pork. Just my opinion but both were over cooked and dry. Pork was a bit hard not tender and all I can really taste was the spices. Chicken was also dried and the sauce is really, really red, I thought if it's stewed it would be tender and or juicy(?). Also I can taste cooking wine so I'm not sure if that is how this dish is suppose to taste like or not. Both dishes had no flavor/taste coming from the meat at all. I would not recommend ordering them. Disappointed...

Like their food, but the staff is rude. There is a problem with their pose machine, and the staff charged me 3% for service fee and 10% tips without my permission. I was a royal customer there, but will never get there again.

This is the restaurant I frequently visit for lunch or dinner when I do not want to cook at home, its affordable prices and good service. On my last visit, I had lost my wallet and had been unable to locate it for almost three days. Finally, I realized that I had misplaced it at this restaurant, and I was grateful to learn that the staff had found and secured it for me. I am sincerely thankful for their honesty and assistance! Without doubt, I will continue to frequent this restaurant in the future

The Marinated Duck (lunch box) is really tasty.

As a person who ate Shaxian food a lot in China, I think overall the food in this restaurant is OK (at least higher than my expectation) despite that non of these are authentic enough. This is the first time I came here so I ordered the most popular and common food I would order in a Shaxian restaurant. The noodle was good actually but the wonton soup was just so so (very little meat in wonton and the soup base is not bone based, just like water base).

They have quite good service! However, the sanitation needs improvement. If you look at the photo there is a short hair in the plate and some other small stains. I didn’t touch that plate at all and it was definitely not my hair (I have long hair).

Good bang for bucks if you eat the snacks. They are quite large for their price. Lots of variaties.
