The first impression is quite good, but once you get to the upper floor you notice it is not too clean and sometimes even smells bad. And the breakfast is really tiny. The stuff is very friendly though, no problems with getting a room or extending your stay. And there is good and cheap restaurant downstairs. To summarise: it has some disadvantages but anyway it's one of the best options for budget travellers in Tehran.
