Great to visit during the day and after dark as it brings out different aspects of the spectacle of these landmarks. Great place to visit with a camera or just to be a wide-eyed tourist and spend a quiet moment. It is absolutely free and is easily açessible from both Monument/Bank and London bridge stations.
