Very fast service. Workers here are also super friendly and very helpful. They patiently answered my questions and made the experience a very beautiful one for me

Really impressed, process was very smooth, make sure you print your confirmation, money order and, self addressed envelope ready. The whole thing didn’t take 20 minutes. Big ups to Shuaibu, he was very helpful.

More coordination here(at least) compared with that of South Africa. The staff were ready to help without demanding any kind of "back scratching". I hope it wasn't a random case though. Can we at least us a flat screen TV instead of that "almost broken" one in the common area. Overall, experience was slow(due to volume) but organised.

So my review is an honest one. Before I came here, I was told how bad the service here is and how horrible it would be. Honestly, it was a great experience. I got there early, I had all the documents that was required and then I went through the process. It was seamless. Everything was easy and straightforward. I left there feeling like I made a mistake because of how easy it was compared to what people say. As a Nigerian this was huge for me because of the level of corruption but I did not see any of that. Great experience for sure.
