They had farmer's markets. Small but very nice
I Love the festivals here. Always a nice breeze and the vibes are always great . Clean grasses to walk on and convenient port o potties are available..
You can't go to Highlands without going to Huddy Park. That's just how it is. It is Highlands!
Small park in town. Highlands Garden Club does great work installing and maintaining the interesting lush perennial gardens!
