Amerin Grand Hall

1. From the parking lot level 3 to the hall is a big puzzle. Should have make clear instructions & ask the mall's management to close down the useless elevators that goes to no where. Been following the directions on the walls but we ended up lost for like 30 minutes.
2. All of the foods has gone cold and some of them smells. They can just light up a small fire/candle under the tray to keep it warm. Please check on the food qualities & don't simply serve.
3. Too stingy & not worth at all. We paid per head for a buffet, not for an ala carte. Please REFILL all the food once they have finished. Even the smallest thing like kuih muih or sambal kicap for mee hun soup they don't even bother to refill. Imagine people were hungry for fasting the whole day and most of the food has finished before not even 8pm? They need to reconsider that some people eat a lot.

Foods are delicious but not enough to cater the crowd.. The portion is too little and not worth it.

Love the garden theme but the management is quite bad. Maybe can improve more in future. Thanks.

On a friend's wedding invite, surprisingly traffic were smooth, considered ok thou quite a distance from Gombak

Beautiful hall but the direction to get to the hall from the mall parking lot is very lacking. Hall management should work with the mall management to address this issue. It's frustrating for guests who are not familiar with the place who have to walk around trying to guess where the hall is located.
