Nice place for kids to burn some energy & ok to host a party too. The package is frenly & staff service is good

The concept is nice, went there with my husband all the way from kedah. However, the experience was very subpar. Staff not friendly, lazy, keeps playing phone, keep making tiktok, making face when told to play certain games. Most of the buttons to record points cannot be used. Some games cannot play because no staff around. Waste of money, waste of energy.

Very expensive but it’s ok for so many things to play, but do be careful on the free fall slide, me and my friend got injured when we go down. Other than that, quite fun

The place look nice good vibes and good music. Overall might look good but actually got many broken things. Staff over there very less, 5-6, dont really care much either. Advertisememt show place looks really big and ninja obstacle course very big but actually not that big and ninja course not that tall. Quite fun but so many broken trampolines and broken machines. Got very fun steep slides to try, would go there again for slide. All the ropes also have really bad sweaty smell, please wash hand thoroughly with soap after using. Would recommend to try once and only once.

A fun place!
Although some of the game are under maintenance but it's definitely worth the price since it's all day! Means you can play from 10am to 10pm !
Also can go out to eat and come back to play too! But make sure you don't throw away the bracelet (ticket).

All the staff are supportive and kind too!
Especially Chinese Men with glasses! He is so supportive and hardworking as he guide my little sister who was afraid of height.
He risked and guide her from start all the way to level 2 of Ninja Warrior! After that my little sister was able to go up there slowly without fear of height and without the help! Because He go with her like 3-4 times in a row. Now my little sister isn't afraid of playing the Ninja Warrior anymore!

I can see he is very tired cuz of alot of kid waiting to play. but he is willingly to put kid safety and satisfied first!

Also loved to play freefall and slide! Very fun place to be.

My son brought his socks, but they insisted on purchasing theirs.

Overpriced. RM72/person. No guardian ticket means you have to pay the full RM72 to go in n watch your kids. There were 3 staff - 2 just sit at the counter n 1 walking around. The slides at the second floor are dangerous even the staff told us not to go on it.
