Super lazy tag office, They creat unnecessary work so they don't have to do their job. I have stopped dealing with them and started dealing with other tag offices and it's been day and night, I even go to Lumpkin County tag office just to avoid Cleveland Tag office.

Donna spoke very rudely to me right from the start. I had to call the State DOR and got the info I needed and went back inside and DID NOT GO to Donna's window on purpose. Donna took it upon herself to come to this lady's window to stick her nose in my business. I mean the lady I was dealing with was very competent. I deal with several counties and White County is the only one who gives me issues. I called the State DOR again when I got back to my office. Everything is OK on the State's end and they suggested I speak with a supervisor. That was a joke also.
Very unwilling to serve the community....
