Glasslight Studio

I saw the Glasslight Studio Spiral Tablelamp on a website and contacted the Studio directly with questions. There was great communication and Glasslight sent me actual glass samples to help me in my selection of a shade. The lamp arrived much sooner than expected and was well packed. I ordered the Bay Blue shade and it is gorgeous! This was a splurge purchase for me but well worth it and I am very happy with my lamp. One caveat - due to the type of glass shade, this lamp will not "light up the room". The light makes the shade glow and is also directed downward. So this lamp is more of a beautiful accent piece which will light up anything under it rather than a room light.

Took a friend for her birthday and it was a great experience. Just got back spending the morning with Joel who was such a great teacher for first time students. So informative and patient. Definitely recommend giving the experience as a gift or going with a friend.

Joel and Candy are good people. Not only did we have a great class, we had a great time with Joel and Candy. Unforgettable unique experience. Studio has many great things to buy and or order. Bringing our kids and their spouses here for a class when home for holidays.

Our family did a heart glass blowing class here and it was WONDERFUL! A great experience for teenagers AND adults. I was very nervous about the hot glass, but Joel was endlessly patient and informative and made the whole process so much fun. My 14-year old liked it so much he wants to take another class so we will definitely be back!

I had a great experience making a holiday ornament. The process was very hands on and learned quite a bit about glass blowing at the same time. I will add photos once I pick up our pieces. Will surely be going back again.

What a fantastic experience! I recently went here to create a glass blown pumpkin. The class provided me with a unique, hands-on experience. I was fully immersed in the process from start to finish. Joel is an exceptional artisan and teacher, who helped me feel safe and accomplished, guiding me throughout the process. The studio staff is also extremely nice and helpful. If you ever wanted to try your hand at making something in this beautiful art form, Glasslight Studio is hands down the place to go.

My friends and I greatly enjoyed taking a Christmas ornament class at Glasslight. The staff was amazing to work with and we are all pleased with the ornaments that we made. We look forward to taking more classes
