Fabulous!!!
We got our countertops through KBD a few years ago, and it was a great experience. At that point I wasn't sure what I wanted for a backsplash so we just waited. About a month ago I went in to look at options, and Wendy helped me find the perfect complement to our quartz countertops. They were installed this week, and we couldn't be happier. They are beautiful and literally change the look of the whole kitchen. I would definitely call KBD again, they're easy to work with and the project was done on time and on budget.

My husband and I were excited to get started renovating the kitchen of our first home, and although we were satisfied with the way our kitchen looked in the end, I would not use KBD again.
I often found it difficult to get a response from our designer, unless I sent more than one email.
The first work we had done in the house was having a hole cut into our wall to create an opening/bar going into our living room. There was plaster texture on the other side of the wall that was not matched and was left smooth on top of the existing texture. We were not told that the contractors would not be matching this and ended up spending hours trying to get it to look right. If we had known this, we may have chosen not to create the opening at all.
We also ended up needing some electrical work done. When adding outlets, the electrician cut some holes in our walls bigger than others, then used different sized outlet covers as the solution (I'm sure it was thought that we wouldn't notice this.)
Once the cabinets arrived at their warehouse, we were told that someone would let us know when they would be delivered to our house so that we could have it unlocked. (the home was vacant, and no one would be there otherwise) No one ended up letting us know a day OR time. Thankfully, our other contactor happened to be there that day. He ended up having to help unload all of our cabinets as they had only sent one person.
After the installation, we were left with quite a few scuffs and scratches. The panel under the sink had also fallen off (keep in mind, we were not even living in the home yet.) There were also trim pieces that needed to be ordered and added as they had been left unfinished. After voicing these concerns, our designer came to our home and used touch up pens to color over scratches on our brand-new UN-USED cabinets. She also took a hammer to repair the panel that had fallen off. We were left feeling that our concerns were downplayed, especially for the amount that we were paying for the kitchen that we hadn’t even had the opportunity to use yet.
The last time anyone was in our home from KBD was on May 10th, 2023. On September 1st, 2023, I received an email stating that our designer had failed to collect the balance of our contract. It had been so long that I honestly thought we had paid for everything at that point. I did not see that email until September 2nd, which also happened to be the day that a drunk driver drove into our home, destroying it. I will be honest her email was not my priority as we were trying to find a place to live and dealing with insurance. About a week later, still dealing with insurance and living in a hotel, I got another email stating only “OMG I just heard about someone running into your house” which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.
There is definitely more that I could say but I will sum things up by saying when the time came to re-do our kitchen again after this accident, we went elsewhere and had a much better experience all around.

The work was done quickly and looks great. Eric was super and did a great job.
We started out a year ago and decided to split the work in half and it has been overall an easy process. With that said we also went to Ferguson and we have been waiting on their call back for over a year! Glad we used KBD!

Wendy, Jordan, and the entire KBD team did a great job on our kitchen renovation! They were all efficient & easy to work with. Any issues that came up were quickly addressed without question. We are very happy with the quality of their work and would recommend them to others.

KBD were great to work with. Wendy is very professional and helpful in giving you kitchen ideas. They tore out my old counters and installed the new ones in the same day. I would recommend them to anyone!

So thankful for them! Prices were great and workmanship wonderful!
I have always wanted a countertop and sink like this and finally I have it! 😊

Will from KBD tiled our backsplash this week. He did a fantastic job on our kitchen. Will really went above and beyond, it was a pleasure to watch a craftsman at work, very meticulous. The corner took the most time, many cuts. Will came back on Tuesday and did the grouting, the backsplash looks awesome. We would definitely recommend this business for anyone looking for tiling work.
Thank you Will, you did a fantastic job on our backsplash, both Judy and I appreciate your efforts.
